It was very gay.

There used to be little green or red bars next to your name depending on whether people had given you positive or negative rep. Seems that some people took it very seriously indeed @NSIS

Sounds like I missed a golden age. Surely it was a race to the bottom? Red guys were surely the cool kids?

 

Some people used to get a proper hard on about it. The Toon and Liverpool board even had a rep brothel thread where they'd all dish out positive rep to each other, the ****ing soft twats.
