I’m with you mate. I love antiques and mooching round antiques fairs etc. Funnily enough I was hoping to get to one myself tomorrow, but there’s nothing on within a sensible distance of where I am. I’m very selective what I buy and I don’t do it to trade, but when I fall for a piece I struggle to resist.
Most of the stuff there was either ****e or well over priced. Managed to pick up some vintage Agatha Christie theatre posters, quite like them so not sure if I’ll move them on.
They are immaculate, framed up well I’d do alright off them .... but I’m keeping them, I’m a fan of Christie so will go in the collection.
Well we got to the end of another week and the forum is still alive. I don't think some of you lot understand how close it was to be going down, and no more forum As it was happening late at night. Anyway i've been working all weekend,. Not often i lose it at work, but today felt like smashing some lad. Young weekend part timer. I hate working with the ****s. Anyway Monday tomorrow.
