In response to the op. I am the original member. I spawned mick in spetember 2008 with the sole purpose of reducing moderation levels on 606 later that month he started spn after judging the mods to be ****s. Later that year some of the gayest members went for a curry night and indulged in a circle **** other skullduggery must have taken place as these ***gots never spoke to each other again. John higgins joined at some stage and was so abusive that many of the members left in disgust forming another site. Spn struggled on for about a year but nuke was admin and entirely useless. Nuke disappears and mick made not 606 as a replacement to spn and its hilarious levels of spam. 606 closed down and mick, having gained sentience at some stage in this story began an unauthorized sanitisation of not 606, leaving us with threads about **** songs and outrage at rape jokes. Glad I could help.
Apparently Dev fancied Rocket and was playing with him beneath the table. Pope took umbrage and it was handbags. Thats what I was told anyway.

Cut Higgy (as we called him) some slack. What we didn't know was that he already knew that his bribery and corruption charges were gonny come and bite him. A few of us feel a bit guilty about the way we treated him now.
I posted on the old SPN, then disappeared for a few years and came back and found not606. Where is rocket etc now? ... I always remember his rants about drug users
He died last winter in the cold snap we had. Poor old bastard caught pneumonia and didn't stand a chance due to his pre existing aids situation.
He got bail recently though but was locked up again after getting caught ****ing in to the slush puppy machine at the very same ice rink.
I'm struggling now to split the plausible from the nonsense .. inclined to believe the stuff at the ice rink with the young lads and slush machine, but surely not that someone pegged it in the cold? ..
Rocket died because of the cold winter... he was an auld queer with HIV and had a poor immune system n died of Pleurisy
You may have seen many of the Old Firm debates on here.....well the short of it is many of us on 606 were bored of the same thing every day & not being able to talk about things like the days news, girls, tv shows etc. Around 2008 there was a thread on 606 which turned into a discussion on setting up a website free from moderation to talk about what you want, when you want. A user called JT/Plym Jock did alot of matchday threads on the Celtic board & was one of a few talking about doing it when Maltese Mick said he had already began work on such a website. Mick & JT began working on website called SPN & it went live about summer 08 I think. Over time JT didn't come on as much and a new Admin was made - there were some changes made to the site in terms of what was allowed ie more moderation which caused lots of petty squabbling between 2 groups of posters. One group wanted the Admin to resign his position and went as far as to impersonate snooker legend John Higgins by pretending he'd be willing to do a live chat on the Celtic board........result = major fallout with Admin & several users moving to a new site. Mick then decided to revamp the site & rename it not606 to entice more members from more than just Scotland clubs. New admin came in & he pressed the delete button by accident one day which is why it looks like the site only began January 2010!
I remember coming back on here after being away and that story was floating about. Rocket told me he had his willy through the bottom of a slush puppy and was offering kids a drink of "plum shush"
