They can speculate all they like and of course I could be wrong. I have had connections with the club and given what they are building there, the way they are treated and a whole list of stuff, this is 1) not the time to move when they have unfinished business 2) they are loved by the fans, the club and the community - the folks running the club treat them with respect 3) why come to us when their stock could get higher still and lead to move to a club that would at least give them the tools to do the job? As I said, I could be wrong but I can't see them (and they would come as a pair) coming to us now or in the near future. Perhaps one day when the gruesome twosome have fecked off, and only then, when the Lincoln Love-in comes to an end.
Totally agree. Is there plans to expand their stadium? Because they can’t go a lot further with that dump hole.
BORO TO CONFIRM WOODGATE Jonathan Woodgate is set to be confirmed as the new Middlesbrough manager on Thursday. Woodgate had been one of Tony Pulis' assistants until the Welshman left the job at the end of the season after they missed out on the Sky Bet Championship play-offs. Middlesbrough have also offered a coaching role to Liam Rosenior. Sky Sports News reported earlier on Wednesday that Robbie Keane has also been approached about becoming a coach under Woodgate.
Robbie Keane becoming a coach - what would he actually say to the players????????????? I thought his vocabulary contains fewer words than that of Father Jack Hackett
Someone's lumped on Cowley... Danny Cowley 4/1 Tony Pennock 4/1 Michael Appleton 6/1 Paul Heckingbottom 6/1 Liam Rosenior 8/1 Steve McClaren 9/1 Paul Warne 10/1 Simon Grayson 10/1 Slavisa Jokanovic 10/1 Michael Flynn 11/1
What a fickle set of bastards on here. We have a dream management team of local die hard fans willing to risk their livers for this club and no-one is prepared to put a few grand on them to improve their (betting) public profile. Shame on you. I could be communications officer by the way Den/Ernie, have a way with words and the great unwashed
Danny Cowley???? Is that Danny Cowley without his brother?..If the owners didn't want to pay for Crosby then I can't see them paying out for Nicky Cowley. Therefore extremely unlikely. Paul Warne is a good shout, but thereagain Hull City isn't Rotherham.
DBT & Ernie [+ team fantastic] = please log in to view this image Danny Cowley 4/1 Tony Pennock 4/1 Michael Appleton 6/1 Paul Heckingbottom 6/1 Liam Rosenior 8/1 Steve McClaren 9/1 Paul Warne 10/1 Simon Grayson 10/1 Slavisa Jokanovic 10/1 Michael Flynn 11/1
You’re in...comms is important We don’t want a run on the betting by the way. Ernie’s negotiated a 10,000/1 price on us but we’re only sticking on last minute. Going to **** them up with a £5k bet so we can waltz through the door as the new management team and at the same time chuck the A’s £50m in used notes and kick them the **** out of our club Managers and owners in one easy move Don’t tell anyone yet but feel free to start drafting the press release for that bastard!!!
Cowley, Heckingbottom, Rosenior or Appleton by the odds at the mo. Keep an eye on Monk at Brum though, could be a parting of the ways and he is getting higher in the betting, in to 14/1.
