I haven't got round to those two. Was jet lagged to buggery last night so only just catching up. You can tell they are both rattled though - Sucky's spelling has gone to pot and Comm's is getting better.
What was planned as Steak and chips, somehow morphed into, Chips Sweet chilli veg. Beef, mushrooms and sliced peppers cooked with guinness sauce and herbs. All done for later in the pisshead tramps place. please log in to view this image
Think i'll do a quick fried rice to go with it. I've got a pack of straight to wok rice, so will just add some eggs, onion, mushrooms, diced carrot, bit of garlic, pepper, soy sauce. 15 minutes, tops.
Done, it's still steaming.. 3 eggs whisked in the pan, garlic, carrots, onions, mushrooms, Hoy in some soy sauce, black pepper, few chilli flakes. Add rice, please log in to view this image
Right, here we go.. Steamed then grilled pork loin steaks, buttered and creamed mash, sprouts, carrots and home made Yorkshire puds with caramelised onion gravy.. Desert, Jam Roly poly and custard.. Food for the kings..
A mighty fine looking dish Joe, bit of black pepper i like. Homemade Yorkshire puds I may do a toad in hole soon. You gave me an idea.
