I’m overseas again, working with a lot of different nationalities. As you can imagine I avoid bringing up the subject of UK politics, but my colleagues keep asking. They have all heard of Johnson, and none of the other candidates to be PM. They are all shocked by the notion that Johnson could actually get the job. He’s seen as an untrustworthy joke. So in marketing terms his brand recognition is excellent, but his net promoter score (would you recommend this to a friend) is a disaster.
