I ate too many jalapeños yesterday

 

Been eating lots of banana pancakes recently, farting like a cow at the mo

 

tonights is already prepared.

2 garlic and hebs chicken kievs

cheese and onion mash,(may have overdone the amount of grated cheese)

carrots, proper ones not tinned.

peas, tinned, left from yesterday

pics may follow if i don't get to pissed to remember.

 

Chicken soup tonight
Nothing fancy just carrots, spuds, onions usual seasonings, just stripped the chicken and put back in the pot.
should be ready in about an hour but always tastes better next day.
Some nice small crusty rolls to go with.

 

Had Mexican tonight. Easy dinner, fry off some onions, peppers and mushrooms and add a spoonfull of chipotle paste. Boil some rice, open a tin of refried beans and then roll the whole lot up in a flour tortilla. Whack on some grated cheese and bake in the oven for 10 mins. Chuck some sliced Jalapeno peppers on top and serve with Guacamole, Salsa and sour cream.

Was cooking for my missus, she's a vegetarian.
