Raab and Hunt (or Cnut) as Victoria Derbyshire said with a slip of the tongue this week.

Could go either way. Raab has Lis Truss on his team, she would make the best Chancellor. However, with you, I fear it may be Hunt.

I'm still trying to get my head around how Esther McVey went from daytime TV host to sociopath who shrugs off the deaths of 17,000 people as if they're nothing

...although it does say a lot that it didn't seem to surprise Lorraine Kelley

With him publicly stating he plans to cut income taxes for the higher earners, I think it's plain to see where his priorities lie already.

And don't get me started on the BBC TV tax (sorry... licence fee) being reintroduced for over 75's.

And specifically MPs. The basic annual salary for an MP is £79,468.

Why should pensioners get their Tory propaganda for free?

I think there's some basic facts that haven't got much in the way of the outrage today:

    > I don't think there were any free TV licences until 1999, before then over 75s used to pay
    > This has been dumped on the BBC when the government decided to stop subsidising the free licences and make the BBC cover the cost. This is obviously a huge extra cost to the BBC that they've got to cover some how. So not ideal, but it was the government that added a multi-million pound bill to the BBC, the BBC just haven't randomly decided to punish pensioners, which is what some sources seem to be implying.

The Tories dumped more than that on the BBC: they also dumped the World Service and S4C on them

Somehow the BBC's response was to say "Thank you sir, may I have another?"

Is this the same Liz Truss that is the main Boris Johnson spokesperson because he is so terrified of making a gaff? I knew Tories were two faced, but on both campaigns?

    A good Chancellor <laugh>

Commons vote tonight on the labour motion for MPs to seize control of Parliamentary proceedings.

If they’re successful, next step will be a law banning any future Tory PM from prorogueing Parliament.

All part of the Tory plan to sell it off. They're not just incompetent, they're also malicious.
