    I was repeating what Dev said in order to make a point Mindy.

    You and Dev have been touting the party line in here for months about the mythical separate entity then Dev drops a changer and admits Celtic ruled to the roost over Celtic boys club whilst trying to make out Birt had an axe to grind.

    I have previously said on here on countless occasions that Birt was forced out by Kelly and McGinn, business partners of Torbett.

    I won't rehash my views on what Celtic should do now, however the part of this saga which genuinely perplexes me is why parents with suspicions didnt go straight to the police.

    That sir is a mystery to me too. Some were asked by the club to let them handle it in house, allegedly. I've even seen it mentioned that others were paid to stay quiet.

    But who knows. Maybe it was the lure of the club itself. Maybe it has to do with the upbringing of the predominantly Catholic families involved and how they have been conditioned to deal with these matters.

    It is indeed a mystery, I can't imagine the scenario where I think something like that is going on with a coach at my kids football team so I go and bring it up with someone else involved in/connected to the team.
    Different times maybe. I genuinely don't think it's about religious upbringing, more the times.
    There's no right answer I suppose.
