Sticky is a mate of a mate's. Richard Forbes. One of the best Garage producers ever. Met him a few times when he's been down this way on the razz.
Yeah I loved that scene mate it was all good vibes and love and pills then playstation/eskibeats and so solid came along, it went commercial, grime was born. Raves turned moody so I ****ed it off. Was great while it lasted mind.
Yeah, early grime was good though. This is probably one of those crossover tracks from garage into grime.
And this, probably still sits in Garage although it's got grime crossover. But it's produced by Sticky so it's always gonna be a banger.
That's e Exactly the stuff I'm on about start of the end. South London destroyed the UK garage scene. There I said it
Liked his early stuff, this is a quality track. He sold out though. He's now wearing all that Gucci he said he'd put in the bin
Big tune, Deffo comes under garage for me. I have that one too. Collected loads of white label **** from black market and other places when I used to live in Grove and raving every weekend back in the day
