Women's football certainly surpasses men's in terms of conversion rates for long-range shots towards the top corner This is the elephant in the room for so much of women's football: the average men's goalkeeper is 6ft+ (case in point, Hugo is 6'1" while Gazza is 6'3") while women's keepers are usually between 5'7" and 5'9" - and there's no getting around the fact that, by having them play in full-size goals, there's a much greater chance of them conceding a shot into the top corner because when they're between 4-6 inches shorter than Hugo, that's 4-6 inches less reach they have to keep the shot out
