Bristol City midfielder Josh Brownhill emerges as target for Brighton, Sheffield United, Leeds and Derby He has been in impressive form this season https://www.bristolpost.co.uk/sport...wnhill-derby-leeds-sheffield-brighton-2951882
It was only a question of time - he had a very good season. To me this shows how far we have come as a club, we have lost several players to Prem clubs in the last year, and many more being talked about. That is new for us and a real sign of progress!!
I would guess his injury record concerns Leeds? He has missed a fair bit of football over the past 2 seasons.

I think we all had really really high hopes for this guy, but for whatever reason he just hasn't kicked on.
Day 35 Bristol City could reportedly demand £15m+ for Leeds and Derby target Josh Brownhill https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2019/06/...eportedly-demand-15m-for-leeds-and-derby-tar/
If we lost Josh and Callum on top of all the other departures (Kalas, Kelly, DeSilva,Pisano,Palmer) that will have ripped the guts out of the first team squad. That will take time to rebuild and for them to understand the way LJ wants them to play. I’m a little worried by all this attention.
Was always going to happen with such a good season we had..It becomes a double blow when you don't actually go up..
It will become interesting over the coming weeks, once we start to hear news of the comings and goings. I did say at the end of the season it will be as much about who stays as who we manage to bring in. It works both ways, our high profile attracts attention to our better players , but on the other hand it makes us more of an attractive proposition to perspective purchases , it’s now over to LJ and MA to balance the two.

Former Nottingham Forest favourite has dig at Bristol City after speculation surrounding winger https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/f...ol-city-after-speculation-surrounding-winger/ “To me, it sounded like he was saying he would want to come and play for us. Why wouldn’t you, though? I don’t mean or intend any disrespect to Bristol City either. “For the last couple of years, they’ve outperformed Forest and quite comfortably at times, too. Forest are a far, far bigger club than the Robins, have greater potential, a bigger history and I dare say pay a bit more, too.” Used to be a very spirited player Kenny Burns but I think when a current player is under contract he should learn to be more careful with his mouth.
