I go further than that... It makes absolutely no sense and even contradicts itself. When I get to my computer, I will post a lecture by Stephen Crothers for you to watch.
I watched the 1st episode of this earlier https://www.gaia.com/lp/electric-un...iverse&utm_content=freebanner&utm_term=&ch=st But I couldn't see what it was trying to explain. There seemed to be no specific point to any of it. But I'm going to check out the vids of some of the names you've posted earlier.
The great wall of china man is 13,000 miles long. Also you cant see the wall with your naked eye from space.
I've watched some of these videos and read loads of Electric universe stuff after the last time HIAG brought this up. There's nothing in it that it attempts to explain that current physics already can. The difference is that current theories of physics actually hold water, whereas EU theories simply do not. They are not backed up with any evidence, peer review, or even any mathematical structure to how they've reached their conclusions. When they are pressed on why their maths doesn't add up, they conveniently claim that their theories don't rely on maths The main proponent of this thinking Velikovsy, who the others base their cultism on is famous for writing a book about Mythology, which reinterpreted cosmology and ancient history where he claimed that Venus was born by being ejected out of Jupiter 3500 years ago and on it's journey collided with the Earth and caused all sorts of catastrophic disruption, causing it to stop spinning. His evidence for this ? He links things like the Plagues and Exodus in the bible as evidence of this cosmic catastrophe. When quizzed about why none of our ancestors mention this huge planet hurtling towards Earth before crashing into it and causing near Armageddon, he brushes it aside as 'collective amnesia'. Apparently it was all too traumatic to bear, so they buried it deep in their subconscious. It's crackpot theory, based on nothing tangible whatsoever.
HIAG and his fellow Cultists don't deal in facts, they don't need them as their belief is enough. Interestingly Dr W.T Bridgman, a Professor in Physics and Astronomy has put together a fairly comprehensive list of challenges to proponents of this Electric Universe idea, which exposes it for the nonsense that it is https://dealingwithcreationisminast...ges-for-electric-universe.html#GeneralScience
My wife has a masters in physics and reckons it's a load of ****. Will ask doctors of physics in work tomorrow what they think. They'll probably say something like
There's an interesting blog from a Dr in Physics and Astronomy here that exposes Electric Universe theory for the bunkum that it is https://dealingwithcreationisminast...ges-for-electric-universe.html#GeneralScience
Again, you show your complete ignorance on this subject. I am going to start a thread on this subject, and put links to the key videos that people should watch, for those who are genuinely interested. It will become increasingly apparent that it is the established model that cannot explain anything, let alone conduct proper experiments, and that it is the Electric Universe Model that not only explains how the cosmos works, but whose scientific experiments have, time and time again, predicted phenomena in space that NASA scientists have been "at a loss" to explain.
