Don't even get me stated on omelettes bro. I usually make one big one and give the mrs half of it 10/12 eggs cooked in a 15" pan I'll usually just do onions, crumbled crispy bacon and chopped tomatoes whisked with the eggs. I have to cook the bottom on the hob and then the top under the grill. (too thick to cook just on the hob) Once tops done I'll grate cheese on top and stick back under the grill for a min. Its more like a deep pan pizza omelette tbh Bangin
that'll do me, may skip the Toms, add more bacon, some mushrooms, sliced sausages and any other random **** i lay my hands on.

Yeah can't go wrong with eggs bru. Fry em, scramble em, make a pancake with em, make an omelette with em. I like to make a veggie fried rice (my missus is veggie) and chuck an egg in right at the end, for an egg fried rice stylie dish.
