Kiko the clown is 10 years older than BPF and should be at a higher level or two by now the fact is we were top of the league when the clown took over, we went down hill with that twat trying to play sweeper, he cost us auto promotion in my opinion, yes BPF's decision making was not good on occasions but the Clown was a lot worse. I don't get how you think BPF is having a hissy fit about his teammates, he is spot on, we didn't deserve to go up from the performances of the last 15 games, and who was in goal for those games ? yeah, 'experienced' kiko the clown
Been working today so thought i'd have a few pints when I finished about 4pm I've just booked to come over on the 20th mate, Thursday til Saturday night, still coming over the following week too for our boozefest
BPF getting credit from the NI pundits for keeping us in it at 1-1, looked like a good height for a save from distance to me but people generally happy to have him between the sticks here. Jordan Jones looks a prospect, came off the bench on the left and scared the crap out of the defence, changed the game - I think he set up 2 and could have had one himself in the last 15 minutes.
In late after a few scoops. What’s general opinion, kiko crap, bpf better but are either good enough for a team aiming for promotion. I’d also be curious who scouted Kiko. Whoever it was knows nothing about goalkeepers
We were on course for promotion with BPF between the sticks, it went tits up when the Clown came in BPF, aint the finished article, but he's the better of the two, and he's an international, is the Clown?
Now listen Olof, We get on alright me and you, but if you want to step outside for a bout of fistycuffs that's fine by me, and bring your sidekick Shaks, I got a fist for each of ya....... Seriously, BPF went public with his comments, if it had been another player there'd be quite a few calling for him to be sold, seems to be the trend lately. He didn't do himself any favours, especially with Bielsa by extension, by saying what he said about the players. The whole team played for those last 15 games, the whole team lost against the likes of Ipswich, 10 man Wigan and Brentford, to name 3. BPF was in goal for 29 combined games when we lost to QPR 2-1, Forest 4-2, Hull 2-0, WBA 4-1, Blackburn 2-1, Birmingham 2-1, Preston 2-0, there were 6 draws. Out of those 6 draws, the other team scored first 5 times. Of all the matches combined BPF played, 29 games, the opposing team scored first on 17 occasions. We had 17 wins. BPF had the advantage of the first half of season when the team were playing good football, Saiz was here and not to many injuries.. Kiko played 17 games, there were 7 losses, 2 draws, 8 wins. opposing team scored first on 9 occasions. The first 13 games kiko played gave us 8 wins, 1 draw, 4 losses. Our last 4 games was when we went to pot, and that's cos the whole team didn't play well. but we should've had the win against Aston Villa. The playoffs aren't counted in the above, it's just for the championship games..........
Two quick points... I do love how Phillips still gets a finger pointed at him in a debate between two keepers I clicked the link expecting to read BPF slating the players and he simply said we didn’t deserve promotion? He is correct... For the record I think Kiko is a liability, I personally feel we still need better than BPF so I don’t mind if both move on, in an ideal world BPF would be happy to be number two but he obviously isn’t.
Phillips got mentioned in a reply to Shaks, what do you want me to do Ristac, call him "he that shall not be named" Cooper also got mentioned. Stats were saying Phillips had an average of 58.4 passes per game, as you know, most of them were sideways passes, backward passes or back to same player....per game.......
My worry about signing new keepers is our deplorable recent history under Orta of signing rubbish ones
Orta is a strange one, he obviously has a team of scouts working under him, I assume they report to Orta and he has the final say? Whichever scout is responsible for the U23s we need to promote him as the rest (first team signings) are very questionable.
Nothing personal LL but I haven’t met a single supporter who doesn’t blame Kiko for our semi final exit, some lay equal blame on Cooper but it seems only yourself who blames Phillips in any shape or form. If you went back through your after match posts for every game this season I think you’d find a staggering amount of blame is constantly heaped on Phillips by yourself when the rest of the Leeds United community have him down for one of the top two players this season, many have him as player of the year. The video clip you posted, Derby first chance, Kiko poor clearance ball bounced off his knee, our first goal lovely free kick by Phillips, did you miss that one? If it had been supplied by Pablo I assure you it would have received a mention
