If the development takes minutes out of the game to prove a decision wrong (or right) by a millimetre it's not an improvement in my opinion. If linesmen have to wait several seconds before giving an obvious offside 'to keep the VAR window open', it's not an improvement in my opinion. If you can have a penalty at one end of the pitch overturned to give a dubious penalty at the other end after god knows how long, it's not an improvement in my opinion. Get over it? Are you Ellers in disguise?

Garry Neville is talking absolute bollocks about playing out from the back. No top class defender in the world would have tried what Stones did. Play out, yes. Don't try stupid ****ing things like we did tonight. England need to find a midfield pivot and fast.
We lost that due to mistakes, being too confident and casual instead of safe and secure. The VAR making the correct decision was a gutter, stones making the incorrect decisions was even more gutting.
