Had the same problem but it downloaded in the end. I'm not sure I like it which is a good sign as I didn't like the last two demos but the games were very good. Fabregas is still playing for Arsenal so probably not the finished version.
Yes but this demo may have been made ages ago mate. The demo isn't put together in a day, it's like a separate game. It was probably put together whilst the game was part of the way done.
Ibrahimovic is ****ing way to powerful. You cannot win headers against him at all. I've been raping Milan each time, but each game he just smashes his way past my defenders and heads it into the net easily.
I heard that was the case. They wanted to make it more realistic because last year small weak players were winning headers against big powerful players and players like Ronaldo were being matched for pace by sluggish full backs.

The demo is a build of the game from early August, there'll be some significant tweaks on the shipped version, and probably a few things adjusted and fixed in a patch around release time.
Generally they release the demo based on an older version. They aren't silly, the demo is just a taster and aren't going to give us all the surprises 2 weeks early. Including gameplay.
They've massively overrated some players From memory, SWP and Bendtner are 79 whilst Rosicky is 81...
**** the computers are way too good. I used to rape teams on Legendary, now all the good players are harder to knock off the ball and finish without fail. The passing is inch perfect.
Man City are insane! It's much harder to score finesse shots now, but the overall gameplay is better IMO.
I've played a good few games, had to knock things down to professional. Once thing's start clicking it's very nice, still not very good at getting near players though. The AI seems to actually play football now, impressive.
I've just been playing fifa 2000, scored an over head kick with Nobby from the edge of the box haha, now that's a game!
Only played a handful of games, was alright I thought. The game is always much better than the demo anyway. Very much looking forward to Christmas now!! Thought the gameplay has improved, but I skipped the tutorial (no time) and it confused me when B didn't actually close down players and was just standing tackle.. bit different from Fifa 11 can I go back and do the tutorial?
I have only scored a few finesse shots so far, the comps defending is ridiculously good. Their tackling is precise and perfect.
aye heard they'd given finesse shots a more realistic arc, instead of the mental left to right curves you could do on Fifa 11
Berbatov was ridiculous with them, curled them out of reach every time I played someone against/with him.
