You can't know, anything can happen. Next step for you lot is to improve the squad so that you compete again. You played well throughout and had great moments, unfortunately for you it wasn't enough against us. You're now at a crossroads, be tight with the cash now and you'll cement yourselves as the new Arsenal with a nice stadium and a bang average team with a bunch of rich people pocketing cash.
I think we’ll be competitive even without spending, as the current squad is more than capable of going for top 4, again. The real question is about whether or not Levy wants more than that, and whether or not he is prepared to spent the money required to achieve it. I think that’s the conversation that Poch is going to be having with him.
