For your sake i hope you spend some money. I actually think your squad is still pretty good. What you need is some star dust that will raise the level of the other players.

A big cm is the key.

Tbh i wouldn't be too negative (depending how many leave). You have a summer where the players will be well rested (less injuries) and you will be at Wembley the whole of next season.

I assume this is what you meant unless you know something about building regs at our new stadium.

Damn right, Bobby. The atmosphere at games is transformed. We sold all the seats for Saturday. I doubt that we'd have sold a tenth of that for Wembley.

Losing a couple of games there at the end of last season shouldn't mask that the place will be a massive advantage to us going forward. Everyone wants to go there and be part of what is a special experience...it really is. Mrs B went for the first time on Saturday and is talking about going to more games next season, although there were distinct leg room problems and the chicken ticka naan was deemed "too bready with insufficient chicken."

We were in 'The Marketplace' from 6.05 to 7.55 and it was great and still pretty good after as we drowned our sorrows.

How tall is your missus, Brian? I didn't think that you'd have issues, let alone her! <laugh>

A CL place secured and a CL final (albeit an unsuccessful one) is not to be sniffed at.
Not to be sniffed at at all, believe me.
Even if the squad had been strengthened, it would have been a monumental task to finish above City and Liverpool.
With a bit more luck or a performance to match the second half in Amsterdam and you'd be Champions of Europe.
So in the end, it's been a decent season for Spurs.
As others have said, you're at a crossroads now given the contract position of a number of players and the need to move into the transfer market at last, but the club's in good health.

She took up Karate when she joined and I was used for arrest and restraint practice when she was going through Hendon and she partially dislocated my bloody shoulder.

I'm bigger and stronger but she's definitely dangerous and used to wade in to pub fights when in uniform in inner city areas and is sometimes braver than I think is wise.

That's the one Samuel Shashoua's having: I'm legit concerned his loan may expire before Baleares' season finishes

    One for Spurcat:

Lloris seems to do better with penalties when they're obvious bullshit decisions, barring the obvious one, unfortunately.
