    Dunno about these "scallies" in Manchester. I have been, wondered the streets and felt at ease the entire time, regardless of some ****ing inbred scumbag eyeing up my watch as I walked by. Bristol, in certain parts, makes me feel very uneasy, and London has some hideous areas as well

    Depends on whereabouts you were in Manchester. The centre is pretty safe, but some of the outlying areas are awful places. Luckily I live ab out 10 miles outside the city centre.
