Saying here that the civil court ruled they should get back in. Who gives a **** what a Swiss civil court rules? Not UEFA I would imagine.
This is funny, seeing someone use loopholes and appeals against sellic and UEFA is the classic case of karma. Sion are now my 3rd team behind Rangers and Hamburg I can see it 10 years from now, sellic draw Sion in Europe and there's auld Seizure sitting in a pool of his own pish writing up a story in colouring pencils so he can tell the Sun how Sion are such cunts.
Is that UEFA or the courts though? The courts verdict isn't final as UEFA didn't even offer their side of things
Apparently the court's decision will have no affect on UEFA's, so they can bleat all they like but it will be to no avail. I hope.
They didn't even rule that, it was an emergency case which was rushed through because of the UEFA hearing today......the court said it could see no reason why Sion should be thrown out, but UEFA were not represented to counter the case so pretty pointless from what I can tell. Sion have used the court to try & reconfirm their belief they can play these players due to the previous court action which UEFA rubbished.
From being an absolute machine I have mastered the "ghostie". So that kind of action is just not possible.
Sion congratulated the decision of the Swiss court on their official Twitter feed, remarking simply: "Madrid, Sion is coming". However, a report in Le Matin quoting sports lawyer Gregory Martinetti stressed the verdict in the Vaud court was not final. Martinetti explained that the super-provisionelle ruling is one granted in matters of urgency and was heard without evidence from the opposing party. The lawyer said that he failed to see what would prevent Sion from playing Atletico but that Uefa had still to make their arguments to the Swiss court. http://sport.stv.tv/football/scotti...uling-but-uefa-appeal-decision-still-pending/
This is funny, seeing someone use loopholes and appeals against sellic and UEFA is the classic case of karma. Bless. If UEFA are as incompetent as the SFA then Sion have got every right to have a go. What is really funny is the way that Rangers fans can spend years slating the SFA but when Celtic start showing them up for the useless feckers that they are, it suddenly isn't right to challenge the SFA.
I see that Sion are pulling out all the stops to put pressure on UEFA, like 'coincidentally' having a moody court ruling in your favour hours before the appeal decision. Are we sure mad Vlad doesnt own them?
Today has brought back all the old memories of 1984 , the Rapid fiasco , we won the first appeal but lost the second , which we were not allowed to appeal against !!! Two appeals 1 each but your beaten , surely uefa wont fall for Sion lies
