Going to be interesting under Steve Evans....I still don't understand him taking the job, we ain't got no money! Also our keeper has gone to Ipswich, good luck to him but seems a poor move to me - well I assume he signed on the dotted line.
He knows how to get teams winning, big personality and should do well.. Reminds me of Barry Fry from a few years ago..
He just shouts from the mouth, very direct and not for the faint hearted. If you get off to a good start then he will be welcomed..
Was a big bust up down here involving him, when he was at Crawley. I'm interested to know what happened at Posh, a sudden and unexpected departure that one, and I'm sure I read somewhere that MacAnthony was glad to be shot of him (not his words). I think the Posh was his biggest challenge, and they have shhite loads more money than us. He's going to have to work us on freebies and loans - but i will applaud the man IF he does it. Most reckon he will be gone by Christmas.
He carries baggage bud but he sure fires a team into action. I get the feeling sometimes that he thinks he is bigger and better than the club he manages, tends to look red eyed and pissed at times but like I said, he gets a team playing. Wouldn't trust him with cash btw, looks a proper dodgy ****..
Yeah I think a lot of fans including myself have already mentioned the cash side of things. Trying to cast my mind back i think the Chairman gave us reassurances on that. We can't afford any fook ups like that it would send us under.
