Is this a joke ? Everyone outside of Liverpool despises the Scousers Awful, self pitying sanctimonious people.
I'd be more enthusiastic about the final if it was between two teams who were actually champions of their respective countries, as in the old European Cup. The Cup-winners' Cup was also a proper competition; whoever won that could call themselves the greatest Cup team in Europe. Good Luck to whoever wins the so-called Champions League, I like both these teams for the way they play, and have had an affection for Liverpool ever since the Shankly/Paisley era. I also like Liverpool people I actually know, but am not bovvered who wins.
I don't understand the blind hatred of Liverpudlians. I have met a number of Scoucers and everyone is kind, generous and decent. You can't come out with a blanket statement disliking people because they are from Liverpool. It is ridiculous and prejudiced. Just because there is a lot of knife crime in London it doesn't make us all murderers.

Supporting Spurs. I don't 'hate' Liverpool, but won't ever support them unless they play Barcelona. Growing up in South London supporting Charlton and surrounded by never ending Liverpool fans. And then the Scousers complain about all the London ManUre fans in outrage. What goes around comes around guys. And though Spurs are losing, I'll predict a comeback like ours last week. Just to annoy 'em
I'd like to see Liverpool win, but only because an old mate I used to work with for years is a Gooner. So I won't be gutted if Spurs should win, just a bit sorry for my mate. English football will be the winner we hope Having all the finalists in the UEFA competitions must reinforce our right to all the qualifying places in the near future.
