Agree. He was dicking around on the ball far too much. Particularly in some really dangerous areas...

At least you can't say joas won't run at his man as he will mroe often than not but i'm struggling to remember seeing obertan do it. he could've been doing to them what SWP was doing to us last night but he just doesn't run into space at all.

Can anyone tell me what Obertans natural position is?

Is he actually a winger or a forward? Just curious because if he's a winger then he comes in field far too often and doesn't attack the flanks enough!

Ryan Taylor was by far the worst player on the pitch, not shola or tiote

    Santon needs to start
Marvauex also needs to play while we still have ben arfa out, looks like the only player with quality in and around the ST

Jonas never plays well away from home especially with an awful full back with him
Obertan - well lets be honest not gna be his kind of game when we dont have the ball and everything just goes long to our STs, not gna see anything from him until we pass the ball!

On a positive note - Saylor was awesome ... AGAIN :)

As many have already said, we need to make a couple of changes for next week. I would go for

    ..........................Krul...................

    Simpson..........Saylor........Colo.............Santon

    Obertan...........Cabaye......Tiote.............Jonas

    ..................Marveaux............................

    ...................Best/Ba.................................

I'm sure Shola broke up more of our attacking plays than the QPR defenders did... How does he get in the first 11?

I see a lot of people praising Simmo, am I the only one who thought he was regularly caught out of position? Not as bad as Raylor like.

I constantly ask my self this question....as i posted on face book last night we would have been better playing with 10 men....like you say he has a great ability of stopping our attacks....

Exactly what did Ba do that was better than Ameobi ?

They were both slow, lackadaisical and lacking in goal threat. Why is Ba getting decent ratings and Shola slated ?

    Best and Sammi against Villa

Won headers, brought the ball down better and didnt foul everytime he tried a header...(yes simple stuff a striker should be doing but ameobi just cannot)...

Must have missed those then. I recall thinking that he was the only striker I eveer saw who moved slower and less effectively than Shola having an off day.

I'd agree with that. Simmo wasnt as bad as Raylor, but I **** my pants just a little bit every time he was in possession.
