    Doing what your highly paid lawyers tell you to do is not hiding behind loopholes, legal or otherwise.

    I have no idea what's going on in the background and whether Celtic FC are speaking to their own lawyers about compensation, if they are then naturally - like any organisation - they are not going to provide a running commentary to the media or MSPs because to do so would be madness.
