i'm like @moreinjuredthanowen in that the break since PL season end has just left me a bit flat and the soul destroying event that was the Europa final just made it worse.
It feels like the ****ty two week break in the season where you have a crap England game. Will probably start feeling nervous tomorrow though.

there's not even a few fans on tour moments yet. hopefully all are extremely well behaved over there. I'd say police are itching to baton lads. we had a great Europa final build up. last year the game was far far away so it wasn't the same but still good. this year..... feeling of nothing but dread. not sure if it'd be different with Ajax in final.... maybe I've bottled it and need a good shake. I predicted to my mate who wanted exact score. 1-0. I just think it'll be a dreadful game from both sides and a lot of running about.
