On the flipside I suppose he did comment on the Staveley stuff and raised concerns privately if a deal could be achieved as he thought they were chancers. He and the club have said precisely **** all since the news broke so maybe it is something he has agreed. I firmly believe he will sell up this time if the offer is genuine. I can't imagine he is ever gonna get another offer like this - £350m all upfront on the table to walk away and spunk in Aspers. He'll know whether or not Rafa is likely to stay more than we do, and he'll know fine well how much money Rafa, or his replacement is likely to get in the transfer window. None of that guarantees Premier League safety next season. Without Rafa the club isn't worth £350m, in the Championship with or without Rafa the club definitely isn't worth £350m. Like I said, the offer is genuine and it's there I firmly believe he's gonna take it.
