It just so happens that i fry sausages once or twice a year,,

 

Bought some of those Edwards of Conwy sausages going to fry them up in a bit. Also bought some Daddy's brown sauce to go with them.

I can't be every poster that turns up y'know, just some of then.

 

Got their burgers and sausages for the barbecue. Quite good, not as good as Lidl Aberdeen Angus though.

Bbq round 2 shortly, got burgers, sausages, pork and some steaks. Loads of craft beers too. Got this wierd looking 'winter spiced mocha stout'. Only 8.1% like, should knock me sideways.

 

Chili is done.

Stouts can be nice, milk stout also good.

 

Think i'll do chinese tonight (which no doubt will end up more thai style)

Beef in oyster sauce.
Sweet chilli chickem

Either a special fried rice or chow mein.

If i do it soon, it's ready for later, as it takes me 3 times longer when i'm pissed, as i keep getting side tracked, and end up cooking for about 6 people, and hoy loads in the bin.

 

What the holy ****?

 

Poured out looks like any other stout but there is a real creaminess to them. Some of them are lighter in colour though.
