"Lucas, more of what you did in Amsterdam. Moussa, smash through the middle like they owe you money. Juan, for the love of ****ing Christ don't tackle anyone in the box..."
well i'm assuming you mean our games against City though not sure why they mattered that highly to anyone else since you were all a long long way back.Actually all we needed for our one on the line to go in and theirs stay out but there you go thats football and i'm over it . Now you will have to excuse me as i must ring my counsellor .
Well there are two idiots sparring....Ms May and Vietnam dodger Trump.(The latter.....something to do with Spurs?) COYS!
…..and Trump completely losing his mind. He needs to see a shrink very quickly...….and he's lined the White House butt kissers in a line to confirm he is a very calm man. But then,so was Hitler until you ticked him off......and Trump is ticked off with everything. I bet he is a secret Liverpool fan, don't you?
Channel 4 has a documentary on Poch and Norbert next Thursday at 10pm https://www.channel4.com/programmes/klopp-vs-poch-battle-of-the-supermanagers As it's on Channel 4 instead of the BBC, Sky or BT this means it's possible that some of the talking heads might not be ex-Mousers for a change...
Spurs knocked out a treble winning team from Manchester in the quarter-final of the 4th trophy. Went on to beat an English team with a name starting with the letter L in the final. The winner was scored by a Danish midfielder who was once on the books of Odense. please log in to view this image
Jamie Carragher's doing his best David Vance impersonation, mouthing off how unfair it is the CL final plays three weeks after the Premier League wraps up which doesn't in any way sound like him getting his excuses in early Apparently nobody told him that football exists outside of England, for example La Liga and the Bundesliga wrapped up last week, while Ligue 1 and Serie A wrap up this weekend...
Have no idea what Carra said but it does beg the question why PL felt the need to squeeze games in when they could have had at least 1 more weekend and still given a full 10 days rest before the first of the Euro finals.
They probably thought that none of the English teams would reach a European final and the players would have a nice rest before the Nations League. Didn't really go to plan, did it?
It's a combination of three factors i.) The various Football League playoff finals being played over the bank holiday weekend of the 25th-27th ii.) The FA wanted the FA Cup final was scheduled for the 18th so the pitch would be pristine, which it won't be after the various playoff finals iii.) The FA also didn't want their showpiece match overshadowed by the Premier League, so the Premier League wrapped up on the 12th iv.) There's a ****load of events planned for Wembley in June, starting with BTS's two-night residency on the 1st-2nd, continuing through three (three???) Spice Girls concerts on the 13th-15th, two from Fleetwood Mac on the 16th & 18th, one from Bon sodding Jovi on the 21st, two from Pink on the 29th-30th...basically what I'm saying is there's plenty of excuses to detonate a thermonuclear device over the stadium on the 13th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 29th and 30th In short, because The FA want to pretend their showcase match is anything other than the footnote it's been for a couple of decades, the Premeir League had to finish early
