the name frying pan, was quite apt. let's just say i eat about 4/5k calories off random stuff eat day. And still only weigh just under 12st.
Another healthy one. Haddock with a creme fraiche, mustard and spring onion sauce,, jacket spud and broccoli.
You are probably right - but that amount of fried red meat would have most normal peoples cholesterol through the roof. The alcohol drinking actually helps although I am not sure yours can be classed as "in moderation".
Had this last week and put it on @AlissonWonderland thread on FF. I'm having it again tonight. 4 rounds of bread and butter too.
I've just had my yearly 'MOT'. I've done it every year since I turned 40 because my BP was up after a routine visit to the GP a few years ago. I need to lose some weight, not **** loads, but got a target to aim for by the end of summer. Cholesterol is fine, BP fine, Blood sugar levels fine. I'm a ****er for snacking on cheese, salami, biscuits etc, stuff that's loaded with saturated fat. So I'm going to be cutting that out. Otherwise I eat pretty healthily, plenty of fish, vegetables and fruit. Missus is a vegetarian so don't really cook meat at home that much. I'd recommend any of you ****ers over 40 to get checked out, loads of people's BP, Cholesterol, weight and blood sugar creeps up and up and they don't realise it until, bang they end up with heart problems, or worse. and don't forget to fill up
