This has been a disappointing season for Ferrari and their final update will come at Singapore and it's minor. With six races left this season, is it possible for Ferrari to win another race?

They started the season lacking downforce but with good mechanical grip. From Silverstone onwards Ferrari have had a car that is a lot more competive in the high speed corners but without the good mechanical grip they used to have. For that reason, I think the only chances of Ferrari winning are at Japan and India.

The F150 might have been awful at Spa and Monza, but the low downforce set-up made it harder to generate enough heat into the tyres. More importantly, these places have highlighted Ferrari's poor mechanical grip. When we get to the circuits with high speed corners, Ferrari might have an outside chance of victory. I know Red Bull are still ahead on downforce, but (based on Hungary and Germany) their advantage isnt that big. As long as Red Bull aren't too dominant, Alonso should be able fight them in the races.

Another reason why Ferrari could be more competitive is the higher temperatures expected at India and Japan. Ferrari were reasonably competitive at Hungary and Germany even with the low temperatures. The higher temperatures could finally maximise Ferrari's potential in qualifying and prevent an embarassment on the prime tyre.

It'll be a great shame if Ferrari's only victory is in Silverstone, because the rules were interpreted differently just for that race. Can Ferrari win another race in 2011?

I can see wins in Korea and Singapore. Japan is red bull land, especially that 1st sector.

I cant see it happening because of Ferrari's poor mechanical grip.

Unlike 2010, Red Bull havent really dominated "red bull land" this year.

Alonso will get another win, as will one of Hamilton/Button, but it will not be enough to stop Vettel, unfortunately.

The Ferrari's are good off the line, they must have some form of Mechanical grip? They also still have a good record with tyre life. If they play to their strengths I can see Alonso (note not Ferrari in general) getting one more win.

They might sneek one but i doubt it. McLaren and Red Bull are still devoloping (atleast if they're "keep fighting" PR is correct) and that will make the difference even on tracks likely to favour Ferrari.

I think Alonso will win at Suzuka because a) the Ferrari was the best car at Silverstone, a similar type of circuit, and b) I remember Ferrari saying that if the cars do not change that much then they are confident in easily winning at Suzuka.

Apart from Suzuka I think the only other wins they can get is if it is very hot at a race.

I'd love to see Massa and/or Rosberg get a win before the season is out! But i think that two out of Webber/Alonso/Button/Hamilton will win but the rest being Vettels
Japan, Abu Dhabi are Vettels stomping ground and I can see him win in Korea and Brazil too! May be beaten in Singapore and I have absolutely no idea about India!

As far as I'm concerned Faernando Alonso has been the best driver of the year and he has the 3rd best car so I wouldn't pu it past him.

I see no reason why over the plenty of races left for this season, Ferrari cannot take another victory.

I think it statistically unlikely that any races Red Bull do not win will only be won by McLaren. Therefore Ferrari and perhaps even Mercedes have a realistic chance of standing on the top step.

There are enough races left for Ferrari to pull off a victory and its not like they are miles off the pace so could do it (well, Alonso can) on their own merit.

I find a Mercedes win Unlikely, there are 6 drivers out there with better cars, two of them with dominant cars. And 4 of them are driven by world champions.

Ferrari will do well here, I can see Alonso stepping on the top step of the podium right now.. don't know why, it's just a gut instinct.

well ferrari do have a chance. You've got to assume the moment vettel wins the title, he'll take his foot off the gas a bit for the final races, like schumacher in 04, just turned up and trundled around at 75% of what they can do. That leaves the door open for Fernando.
