The same propaganda from the right wing press was aimed at Harold Wilson - all lies

God help us if this mob got in,does Archer remember the last Labour government and the state they left the country in.
Bankrupt i would not trust them with £100 let alone the running of the country.

What on Earth has Hilary Benn got to do with this.
My Dad was a 'red', almost a communist but I'm not.

So Jacob and Boris are 'idiots' but Ms Abbott isn't ?

The Labour Party you say will 'solve' this mess.
OK, a general election is called, Jeremy wins and agrees to the EU conditions.
And you honestly think this will all go away.

    I believe you are wrong.

I can’t stand the whole f-Ing lot of them.

Never in my life have we had such a diabolical shower of twats to choose from.

Mind you it’s only the Euros so it will be short lived. And it won’t hasten or delay/prevent Brexit either - it’s just a formality.

If this was a GE then I’d be a nervous wreck trying to work out in my own head which pillock from which pointless two-faced party I hate the least and would do the least damage to my country and thus worthy of my vote.

If you did some research mate, you’d see the Tories have borrowed far more in absolute terms and similarly in relative terms. All despite ‘austerity’.

I’m by no means a Labour supporter, but at least when we borrowed under them we got something out of it. This thing that Labour spend loads and the Tories don’t is an absolute myth.

Hate Corbyn by all means it's your opinion, along with wiz and all that as well, you're completely entitled to it and might be right! But Labour apparently being bad with finances v the Tories is not factually true, just like Corbyn being a terrorist and a spy. Honestly I beg you not to believe everything you see in the Daily Mail it's an absolute piece of ****.

Yeah you’ve nailed it here for me too! There are a few you can directly rule out but then it’s the least bad from the rest, for both sides I think.

You honestly believe that clown reads?

I’m voting for no one, none of them tell or do anything truthfully apart from Brexit Party and that’s because they’ve got one manifesto.

So I’m doing a Brewster’s Millions and voting for none of the above.

And before anyone says I’m wasting my vote, I view it as a waste to vote.

So you don’t want or value democracy, that is why this country is going to the dogs.
I don’t expect this country to devalue democracy or not honour the people they work for.
Glad there are still plenty of us that do care not to mention the dead of two wars that defended this country and allow us to live in freedom.

**** me grow up you spoon. You make it sound that we are all on the chain gang.

We are all free to do what we want. I don’t tell you who to vote or not vote, so don’t accuse me of anything by bringing up the wars like I’m unaware.

You do realise as well that it wasn’t the Brits who fought the war on their own don’t you?

If you really think about it, being a Brexit supporter you’re being hypocritical voting in something you want no part of.

I always thought of you as someone to banter with, but preaching to me about the war like I was not aware or cared, you’ve pissed me right off.

Look mate, it’s clear you have Brexit fever, and that condition does tend to make rational thought difficult; but referencing the dead of two wars that almost certainly ended before you were born is tiresome bollocks, and makes you look a bit of a nob

So before I was born has a bearing on those brave people that fought to keep this country free,If it was not for those brave men and woman our lives as we know could be a million miles from where we are today.
Yes I’m a proud Brit and that won’t change until I leave this world.
British and proud and I certainly don’t want a unelected mob in Brussels telling me how or dictate to me how we go about our daily lives.

The Tory’s have had my vote since I was able to vote.
Today was the most important vote in my lifetime.

I think the point he was trying to make ROD is they fought so we’d have the right to vote , and not to do so in some way devalues their fight .

I’m sympathetic to the view that the country voted out , but the politicians seem to be doing all the can to not deliver on the democratic vote, I even considered voting for the Brexit party in these EU elections , as a one off, to make a point to the political classes, I decided not to as I don’t honestly think they give a **** what we think, they are all as bad as one another.

That said how you or anyone else chooses to vote , or not , is your affair, surely that’s the whole point of the democracy that RR quotes was fought for.

I want to vote Monster Raving Loony party but they're banned for being too sensible.

Look, it doesn't matter a toss who you vote for in this case - the Brexit party are like turkeys campaigning for Christmas and the other (pro-remainers) will be joining them in the dole queue as soon as we Brexit.

I really don't see what all the fuss is about. In a GE everyone would abandon the protest parties and vote according to their usual habits.

I get it that you’re passionate about this issue , actually so am I, but the thing is what good does voting for the Brexit part in the end actually do, the mainstream parties aren’t going to change their views on anything as a result and Farage won’t be able to have any influence on Brexit either , it may make you feel better but it won’t actually achieve diddly squat.
