I don't smoke it, but it absolutely should be legal. So should Peyote and Psilocybin mushrooms. LSD too perhaps.

No one has ever died from overdosing on any of the above and they're not highly addictive or damaging.

None of the above is as bad as alcohol at least not when pure and unadulterated with fillers. Sure... May make people do stupid things (and people have died from that).

Legalise and regulate.

a) the potency some privatised suppliers will provide - seems to be a big problem in U.S. states that have legalised it.

b) how it might affect teenagers getting into it too early
