How good are those four screens for actually viewing a game live (I assume the club is not putting a huge screen at the north end and putting temp seats on the retracted pitch surface) ??

The thing is there's no reason why it should be given the videos are transformative so therefore protected under Fair Use - unless the Premier League/Sky/BT used the loophole used when taking down the [Insert Series Here] Abridged videos where the argument is that people are choosing to watch those rather than the original, so even though those are equally transformative that's somehow fair game under copyright law because 'Murica!
