    Apparently, the play-off is the biggest game of the Century for them.
    Win-Win situation, over achieve and gain an undeserved and unexpected promotion is a bonus.
    If they lose it doesnt matter, stay in the Turd Division and have another at making the play-offs next year.
    There's also the opportunity to play the mighty Bury and Lincoln next season, something we can't look forward too <grr>

    In sid’s Defence he’s gone on record saying he wasn’t the mod responsible for the pathetic decision to ban you just in case. He even went as far as to confirm he disagreed with it too.

    It wasn't me, not that I give a **** if anyone thinks it was. I just don't happen to agree with banning people without a very good reason and DD talking ****e isn't that. Besides, I am an ex-mod...! :)

    I actually still have mod powers as they wanted me to stay on, but I don't use them as I am a responsible old Sidney. Assume the label is there for the same reason...?

    I don't actually know the circs in which you were banned, so I won't comment. The only people I put in ban requests for were people who kept hijacking threads. Talking trash is one thing, but persistently derailing decent threads is not an option.

    The reason I got banned is because the crybabies hate the Warm Glow thread and I am the 'author' of it. Anyway, who cares? Bunch of pufters.

    It's a very long (and boring) story. It started with a couple of your lot being banned from here (the Nibbler being one of them <laugh>). And most of the others now avoid our board for some reason.

    Two got banned in one go, Dorts and Sammy. Neither had posted on the SAFC board for a while. The official reason was indeed ‘in case’ they wummed the board. I think either 83 or Tees ‘persuaded’ one of the mods, then bragged about it.
