Ro some extent, Dai is right. The Yanks are trying to get you into a better financial situation by making savings. The problem is that the situation is not stable and as cuts re made to get into line, further income cuts mean that more cuts are needed. Since no-one is dobbing in a bit of investment, cuts are the only way to balance the books. And down the line, FFP is hanging around. I suspect (Taff will be more u to date) that without transfer profits, the losses would already be making FFP loom stringer.

We won’t keep hold of McBurnie, James or Grimes. The Yanks will cash in ASAP.

Nailed on anyone they can make a buck on they will sell. just fed up with people saying we have to cut here and we have to cut there, yes we know we have to cut back, which we are doing, but I don't see every other relegated club, totally wiping out their playing squad. it just doesn't happen they all cut but not to the extent we are.

There are owners and then theres hedge fund managers , there is subtle difference albeit to the detriment of any football club or indeed business , no guessing which group the big nosed bastard and co sold us to

Most other clubs do not have such a high percentage of income going to players.
Most other clubs have relegation clauses.
Most other clubs have less high earners on frees so that they have paid the transfer fee up front.
Other clubs have cut like crazy hence Sunderland, Bolton and Blackburn dropping straight through.
Others gambled on a quick return and will pay next season....Stoke, to name one.
Most other clubs have someone prepared to put money in to compensate and soften the blow of relegation.
HJ got out because he didn't have the dosh to be a sugar daddy (or didn't have the will).
Your new owners bought a pig in a poke because they were sold the easy profits scene based on a couple of good years of transfer successes.

Not just the Board but all the Shareholders who sold.

Neither Mrs Morgan nor Rob Davies were on the Board.
