Would you press charges on a man that caused distress and alarm to a migrant child sex offender ?

The Police don't press charges, that's the job of the PF (CPS in Englandshire) , the Police present evidence to the PF who decide who gets charged so I couldn't possibly say.

 

Well that's not true though is it. The police present evidence to senior officer who decides whether there is evidence enough to charge the person. Then the police forwards the evidence to the Procurator fiscal, Crown prosecution service in England who then decide if the case will continue to court.

 

It depends if that person was currently on trial.

It would also depend if the man reading out the names was already warned that by doing so he would face arrest.

I'm not a big fan of the polis but some people are too dumb to stay out of prison.

 

Still not quite sure if Tommy Robinson is racist but he can contemplate this himself during a 9 month stretch in the chokey

Tommy Robinson has been jailed for nine months for filming defendants in a grooming gang trial and live streaming the footage to Facebook. Robinson, 36, was found to have committed contempt of court on Friday after a two-day hearing at the Old Bailey. Sentencing him, judge Dame Victoria Sharp said: ‘We are in no doubt that the custody threshold is passed in this case.’ The nine month jail sentence includes six months for filming outside Leeds Crown Court last year and three months for an incident at Canterbury Crown Court the year before.
