I have read enough twaddle on here about my boycott.

Brighton home 1-3, I walked out after 30 minutes and said no more with a season ticket.

I went to the odd home game the following season.

Wimbledon away 3 seasons ago I walked out at half-time and said enough is enough as I was only going to games for the protesting.

Swindon home two seasons ago was the last time I set foot in The Valley.

I have only been to 5 aways in the last two seasons.

Of course Dushitelet is not going to miss the money, but I do not want to give him anymore of MINE.

People who do not know me say I am missing going to The Valley, ffs<doh>

Ps, of course he gets a tad with the programmes, of course he'll get a bit if we get to Wembley. Sometimes we have to do things we do not want to do.

Absolutely. AS soon as you do something like this you are open to charges of hypocrisy, which you have to ignore, in the same way as people say to vegetarians "Ha ha you're wearing a leather belt". You don't have to justify it, it is, as Dick says, your decision.<applause>

Of course, as Greenie on the much bigger and much better forum of Charlton Life posted.

I am not depriving myself of a day out at Wembley that may not happen ever again.

You are either boycotting or you are not. You put your left foot in, your left foot out, in out, in out you shake it all about.

Last night showed the futility of your boycott.

24,000 passionate, happy & pitch invading Charlton fans.

It was one of my Top 5 Charlton experiences of the last 42 seasons.

Apart from family and health, Charlton is what I get up for every day.

    Why miss it ?

A straightforward position that has now been done to death, covered in 347 different threads, and been revisited more often than the Prime Ministers Brexit Deal.
