Yeah, but you support Chelsea. In fact, given who you support, I'm assuming the bulldog tattoos comment was ironic, right?
In my experience the majority of those who say they hate England are those who have 'chosen" their club side rather than it being a natural thing. Plastic, PL whore monogoloids in other words.
I am getting a lecture in plastic support from the **** who said he hopes his team gets relegated Priceless!
If Kane is fit, and has played a part in the CL final, then surely he's ok to play for England? If he is injured though, it's not on England insisting he goes. Got some sympathy here, England abused United players for decades. Beckham (twice), Robson, Rooney (twice) all more or less forced to go to major tournaments while patently injured and coming back from them crocked and unable to start the next season. Then the coup de grace is that a United player usually gets blamed for England's inevitable early exit. Then you've got Coppell, Webb and Owen going away with England and being sent back terminally crocked, never the same player again. No wonder some fans resent England call up's . I'm personally not bothered either way, I gave up on England a long time ago but Southgate and last summers world cup has rekindled some interest. He's got the whole set up working the right way, none of the previous fan boy nonsense of shoehorning the 'best' players into the starting eleven, regardless of position. I was over our semi final exit last summer in about seven seconds mind. I'm completely baffled by smashing up pubs and town centres.
Whether you go along with it or not, it’s a fact. Remember, these are elite athletes in their sport. Just because you feel like you can play another game the next day, it’s different for them. Even a small drop in their performance ( which you probably wouldn’t notice yourself) can be the difference between winning and losing
The world cup 'means something'... The Uefa Nations means absolutely **** all mate. Dress it up as much as you like it's a nothing competition that's only there because friendlies have been so poor in recent years.
It means that there's the mighty England to watch in a summer football tournament. That's good enough for me
No idea. Had little interest in this competition until England started doing well in it. Am now a big fan of the format, whatever the **** that is
The format is. "no one gives a **** about international friendlies so lets dress them up as some gay arse competition that means **** all and make the rules so convoluted and complicated that ****tards will get confused and just be impressed by how grandiose we make it look".......yeah they are friendlies dude.....
Because Kane isn't the best person to judge that and he always wants to play, even when he's not fit. It's called management. It's what Southgate is there for.
