Actually admired his improvement in recent weeks. Not the worst tonight either. But as a loan player we only get a year of him
Yeah but they use the sterling ****e. Cork still use the old pounds and shillings. The stuff you still have from your confirmation
Fair point. On that note it’s about two hours passed my bedtime and battery near dead. Tomorrow’s heralds the start of a new season when we get rid of the deadweights Philips, Roofe and Jansson and sign a load of spurs Liverpool and city loanees for the new season. See, I can be positive
Alright bud, I was due over on bank holiday weekend then when we ****ed up autos I cancelled that thinking I may be going to London for a ****ing football match on Monday the 27th but a ****ing ****e goalie and a bent ref put paid to that so we were looking at end of june, may look at flights for the bank holiday weekend again now if they're stupid prices it will be end of June for the Cork, Rovers game. I feel ****
Woke up this morning, I didn’t feel any better about last nights result, I popped in here to catch up and understandably emotions are running high. Deep down I think we nearly all felt this was our season, our football was fantastic up to Christmas. We can all have an opinion on who to blame but facts speak for themselves, the amount of possession we’ve had all season and the amount of created chances is second to none but so is the ratio of failing to score from those chances. Last nights game shouldn’t have happened, had we replaced Saiz with a number 10 who could have scored a few and had we not relied and put all our money into a Striker who stinks at Bielsa ball we’d have went up in the autos. Not putting more chances away has cost us this season, maybe too many injuries too. According to a press report I’ve just read Bielsa is supposed to have said after the game if Leeds want him here next season he is willing to talk. I’m assuming that means what finances are there going to be to strengthen those key areas we are lacking
I think he'll stay but will want assurances. I think he has been a little overwhelmed at the intensity of the championship and it's caught him out.
Listening to the press conference myself and seeing Rads has already stated he wants Bielsa to remain I agree, it is going to be all about assurances. Bielsa also said that every player will be evaluated over the summer so if he remains I don’t think there will be swift signings. Another reason we MUST keep him is we use a director of football. If Bielsa leaves we can forget anyone who wants a managers role, I’m not happy with a lot of Orta signings but the Orta Bielsa combination seems to work.
