Hi buddy - can't see the image on my laptop either ... can you save it in a different file format? ... off to London shortly but will be back late afternoon and will try again @brb - any thoughts ideas? If Saintsmagic sends it to you can you change the avatar with your 'super powers' ?

WTF is that ?

 

I can see it and I can save it ... but it says the file is too large has to be under 19.5kb ... I've tried various adaptations but none work ...

@brb can you fix?

 

Just open it up on your desktop, go to tools and select re-size image. Look at the image size and reduce it in width and length and take the dpi down too..

 

If I click on it it asks me which program I want to open it in... but nothing seems to resize it ... do us a favour Joe - if you can edit it post it
