    This is the essence of what RL was talking about, Rangers can reasonably argue (in law) that it was a separate entity who ran the club at the time, and they - in their current form - are not legally liable. Celtic will doubtless do exactly the same by claiming CBC are a separate legal entity.

    Not saying its right, only that its what will happen.
