    No it's not FA cup doesn't get you a cl spot or a premier league spot.

    Europy gets you a cl spot (and super cup) but participation of cl doesnt get you want if you want the hierachy of rewards

    Me, I'd rather be trying to win the champions league than the Europa but either trophy would be great. Better to win one than lose either imo.

    Aye it is, but the fact is you still treat it seriously if you end up in it even if you finished Top 4 initially. The fact Arsenal have never dropped into it when they've qualified for CL is not their fault. But it's fair to say they would've taken it seriously had they.

    For the last few pages Chelsea and Arsenal fans have been arguing that only trophies matter. Now you want to make a big deal of the difference between 3rd and 4th when they both qualify you for exacttly the same thing.

    If you could be in both, I would agree. But the only way to get into the Europa is to be too bad to be in the CL. It's a bit like being relegated and giving it large on here because you win the Championship the following year.
