I dont ever recall correctly guessing the line up since Pardew's been here, there's at least one surprise every single time. Hopefully:

    Krul
    Simpson Taylor Colo Santon
    Obertan Cabaye Tiote Jonas
    Best Ba

Marveaux, Gosling and Sammy to get sub apps hopefully.

Pardew had better not pick Lovenkrands.

that would be ideal for me but i have the horrible feeling pardew will play ameobi (not sammy) as a lone striker seems to have to much faith in the mackem slaying donkey and seems not to trust best...

I reckon Obertan and Marveaux are better at getting decent balls into the box and Jonas can just run about randomly confusing the hell out of the opposition

Santon will be on the bench, and anyone advocating chucking him in at the deep end doesn't understand football. I'd be somewhat surprised if he doesn't make his first start for us against Forest in the CC.

Ba in for Lovenkrands. That's it.

Playing a left back at left back, or playing a right midfielder there because he scored 2 free kicks (neither of which had anything to do with him playing in defence)?

You wanna be careful calling him a LB, people on here can't understand a right footed LB, even though he's both footed <doh>
