The only way HIAG would know Martin Jol is if they'd both auditioned for the part of The Thing in Fantastic Four.
I don't think we have had "a style of football" for the last few games, it looked to me like Ole did exactly what he promised when he arrived. He gave every player in the squad ample game time to show what they could do, this involved making 3 or 4 changes every game to see who could or would work together and put some effort in. I would like to think he now has a clear view of who simply don't fit in and who can be worked with.
Kipper claimed he had a beer with him and Martin Jol showed him a picture of the young Ajax starlet Sanchez that he had in his wallet, even though he wasn't even playing for Ajax at the time
It's a quarter past six Pricksy and I haven't had my tea yet . Spurs finish above Arsenal and take 4th ouch
I’ve met him. Nice bloke. He is actually a friend of my brother’s. He’s known him since Jol was manager of Waalwijk. My brother lives in Holland not far from there.
Ask my brother. I only met him the once. I met him when I went to pick up some tickets at WHL that my brother had arranged for me. I was really surprised when he came down to say hello and ask how my brother was.
