It wouldn’t surprise me if pochettino’s comments about ‘closing the 5 year chapter’ at spurs has had something to do with Utd speaking to him. Poch and Ole 1 & 2 maybe ..... ?
I think he deserves some criticism for the lack of quality and desire we're showing on the pitch. But at the moment it's hard to say because of the mercenaries and ****e he's inherited. I imagine there'll be a bit of a clearout and players he wants being brought in. Then, if he doesn't show a significant improvement early enough in our performances next season, I will question whether the task is too much for him. This of course also goes back to that stupid **** Woodward for giving him the permanent position after a dozen or so games
That **** is more slippery than a bucket of eels. He seems to escape the blame for everything. Even though he’s supposed to be the boss.
I hope the Glaziers sack him for gross incompetence. If he had any shame he'd resign but like you say he's a slug, so won't.
Sack the twat who have him the job. Sacking Ole would be ridiculous, although he patently should never have been given the job at that time. It really wasn't hard to see.
Since Mick Phelan has been officially named permanent assistant manager this week I can't see any plans for management change soon. Maybe the fact that Ole said in a recent interview that he is going to be a success at the club but some of the players aren't has led to those players caving in for the last few games, if that's the case then Ole obviously knows who is for the door.
I would like to know who influences our style of football more at the moment - Ole or Phelan? Because at the moment it's hard to tell. Agree about the players. Far too many are feeling sorry for themselves as well, you can see it on the pitch. For the money they're on, that's a joke.
HIAG reckons him and Martin Jol are friends and scouted Davinson Sanchez from Ajax together. I kid you not. This was when Sanchez was around 14 years old and still playing in his native Columbia.
