Cooked this joint of Topside this afternoon, marinated in sea salt and cooked for 90 mins gas mark 3 and 60 mins gas mark 4, just how we like it. Will have this later with shredded iceberg lettuce, sweet vine plum tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions, covered in grated Red Leicester Cheese with home made fried new potatoes.. Salad cream of course too..
Homemade burger, fried onions, mushrooms, cheese slices. Cheating with ****ing skinny Macs like poxy french fries. I made the burgers before i went out. All i can be arsed to do.It's either them or a pizza.
