Even an English man said the Guinness was creamier and better over here. I had to drink it over in Leeds 2 games ago and I can't tell the difference, but I'm a pisshead. Two sups and its gone. But I agree with Eire, some just pour it in one go which isn't the way to do it.
Just trying to get rid of a headache with cider, I don't usually get a hangover with ale, so it must have been the one heiniken I had after the 17 smithwicks.
Only way that can be right is if he has gone over some booking limit, definitely only a one game ban for a 2 booking red card.
Morning all. Once again we see the spoilt kid Lampard complaining when things don't go his way. "that nasty man in the black gave us a penalty then changed his mind" He will never make a good coach if he lives to be my age. He is a prat.
As someone who has drunk copius amounts in both Countries, it is better in Ireland but now again you'll get a pint over here and think you no what, that's close, obviously has something to do with the way it's kept. Still was better in the old days when they creamed it off the top. Still remember as an 11 year old, going into the pub straight after church and given a half and told by my grandad, if ye tell ya nan or your mother, I'll fecking killl ye.
Yep that’s the reason... he gets an extra game because of the ban he got for diving earlier in the season.
Dwight Gayle will not be available for the play-off final at Wembley if Albion get there, because he will be banned for two games following today's red card. please log in to view this image Dwight Gayle was sent off today. But his suspension has been extended to two games by the FA because an earlier ban for deceiving an official adds another game on to this suspension. It means Gayle's season is over, regardless of whether the Baggies overturn the one-goal deficit at The Hawthorns on Tuesday night. Albion cannot appeal the red card because it was for two bookable offences and not a straight red. Gayle was shown a yellow card for time-wasting before another one two minutes from the end for a challenge on Jed Steer. Caretaker boss Jimmy Shan disagreed with both bookings. "To my mind, every time the ball went out he had an intent of walking towards to the ball," said Shan. "It's a new one on me if you have to jog and sprint to restart every time the ball goes out.
Thankfully the refs are already announced for these games so we may end up with a crazy premier league ref who having consulted with his linesmen who has a better view and doesn't think it a was a penalty decides not to give a penatly for a incident that was *checks note* Not A Penalty Crazy bloody premier league refs......
Wow what a performance & a result to go with what we fully deserved please log in to view this image Leeds hit back from a torrid few weeks showing exactly what they are capable of when we up our game. When you consider the likes of Pontus, Bamford, Roberts, Douglas & Alioski were all missing plus we had six kids on the bench, add to that Forshaw was forced into a early departure, in that context the performance was quite remarkable! Point is we didn't miss any of those players. At last Shackleton got his chance & came on like a seasoned campaigner & surely has to start in the 2nd leg on Wednesday evening. The only way Leeds could lose that game was by beating ourselves or a dodgy referee decision which was so nearly the case, what an injustice that would have been had the linesman not intervened. First part of the job done, now lets fleece the rams off for the fourth time to give our fans a day to remember at Wembley we so richly deserve please log in to view this image Positives We were really up for this game, more required on Wednesday evening. Energy, pace, pressing, composed all over the park. Made one of the in-form teams coming into the play-offs look ordinary A victory without 5 or 6 of our main players with 6 kids on the bench Roofe is back, sublime finish for his goal Harrison's slide rule cross/pass of the season Shackleton gives us so much more than Forshaw, looked like a seasoned campaigner Ayling superb once again Cooper, Berardi & Dallas were all brilliant at the back Phillips a rock as ever Difficult to pick a MOTM as the performance of our players was so good Solid at the back Clean sheet Casilla didn't have a shot to save Referee played the advantage rule for our goal Linesman was alert & called the penalty decision correct Negatives We should have won by more than 0-1 Our fans BRILLIANT please log in to view this image one of the best away days Ratings 7 Casilla 9 Ayling MOTM 9 Cooper 9 Berardi 9 Dallas 9 Phillips 7 Hernandez 8 Klich 6 Forshaw 8 Harrison 9 Roofe Subs 9 Shackleton 6 Clarke
