Santon should be on hand to sort that out, especially since SWP likes to cut in. I'm worried about Taraabt on the other flank doing that v Simpson though.

Just don't tell anyone you're a welsh rugby international!

Also, i'd recommend the harp cafe on Uxbridge road, excellent fry-ups and thai food!

You're forgetting that Taraabt won't be able to beat him with skill because Simpson will be at least 2 meters away from him at all times

I'm pretty sure Simmo will mess up somehow...

And like I said, SWP will catch out a lot of people, especially Tiote.

Should be a great game but just got a feeling Newcastle will clinch it, they are a better side than most give them credit for

    Ryan Taylor, what a legend.

Think we'll have a struggle on our hands tonight. They'll have their tails up after making some excellent signings. I just hope we can stand firm because I think we have greater quality in our ranks overall. If we stick in there long enough it should start to show. I'm expecting a Cabaye masterclass tonight, don't know why, just have a feeling. He has been doing well so far but hasn't been anythign special. You can just tell there is a lot more to come, and I fancy him to get the opener. Truth be told I expect a narrow defeat but for prediction purposes I'm going 2-1 to us Cabaye and Best.

Dont think there's anything at QPR im worried about.

The only slight concern would be the wingers and pace, but its not like we havent already faced Arsenal this season who are faster and more tekkerz.

Ideally, if Simpson is holding his place as right back, i'd like Jonas to play right midfield to cover him, because backing off against wingers like that is dangerous. It looks like Ryan Taylor will hold his place at left back, as much as id want to see Santon have his debut. Although, Taylors wife is apparently due around about now, so whether or not that effects selection remains to be seen.

Hopefully its Best and Ba upfront tonight rather than Shola or Lovenkrands. Ba being back from Ramadan and on a proper diet now, should give him a bit more energy... Looked decent when he came on at Fulham.

What are the odds on a Fedinand hat trick???

Frankly any Rangers fan who can call this one is talking cobblers. At Wigan we played Dave up front who now can't even make the 25!
We could be a perfect fit straight out of the box or a complete prima donna nightmare with Tararararararararararabat Barton & SWP all losing the plot.

I reckon it'll be a lot closer than we all think but the Toon have a 'more' balanced side wheras we could be playing almost anyone.

Having said that if the World's least gifted Brazilian Perone plays I'm switching channels

    7 nil QPR

Hopefully Ba and Best play upfront, Best has 2 goals already and Ba has finished Ramadan so he could find his form now. Tight game, but i think us (Toon) will take 3 points in a 1 - 3 victory.

And whoever it was who mentioned internationals, our likely starting XI has 9 in it.

Not sure about giving 5 or 6 players their debut at the same time. Problem is Warnock probably had to guarantee them all first team football when signing them. That said, if they're good players they'll be able to play together fairly quick. This is one of those rare games where I think both Managers would be fairly satisfied with a point.
