With the demise of Muss i have turned my ettentions to the tricky sprint at 500 Brighton. IMO we have a very short priced false favourite here for several reasons. He is 4lbs above his highest winning mark and also was winning for just the 2nd time LTO. Although running OK he has never won at the track. Throw in he has never won on soft ground and i think we can have good reasons for looking elsewhere! The 2 i like are Bouncy Bouncy as he won this race last year and likes these tricky courses and enjoys soft ground and Highland Harvest who is another CD winner and doesnt mind the ground. Deffo RFC and i know i will select wrong but i have backed Highland Harvest to win. Be Lucky if you jump aboard
Gary Herforder is disgusting and should be outlawed - comes 2nd only to the rubbish they brew in Berlin. My theory is that the water here is too hard and the ground too sandy. Not good for beer making. I was drinking Gaffel Kölsch last night ............................... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Just got the first one up in my tote place experiment at the fifth attempt Timpanist 4.00 Brighton paid a very tasty 2.30
Oddy: I hated the stuff when i was in Berlin, used to have an arse like a blood orange after every Rugby match
Just in off my text Oddy "Dan, will be busy tommorow but,Capisci makes his hurdling debut in the 2 mile maiden hurdle. He is a big hurdling type who jumps well and this track should suit. However, we are a little concerned about the ground as he would prefer it drier, but weve Ruby up top and im sure he will do well tell the 606s boys to go large!!"
Anyone know what will happen to my lucky 15 placed this morning? I've had one Non-Runner, 2 races abandoned, and my one horse that did run was third.
TopClass I reckon you'll get 14/15 of your money back mate - the win single on you 3rd placed horse is gone, but the rest will N/Runners. Or was it an E/W Lucky 15? In which case you'll draw something for the place bet
Black Zorro must have a great chance in this bumper. Best jockey on board, second to Waaheb on debut, did what would have been expected in the Goffs Bumper at Punchy. Can't see it out of the places if fit.
